How BPC-157 produces these effects
BPC-157 is thought to upregulate growth hormone receptor expression, promote VEGFR2 activation (driving angiogenesis), and modulate the nitric oxide system. It also appears to influence the dopaminergic and serotonergic systems, which may contribute to reported neuroprotective effects.
What BPC-157 is not studied for
It is important to distinguish researched effects from extrapolations. Most BPC-157 data comes from cell and animal models. Human use is typically observational. BPC-157 is not a replacement for medical care or a prescription medication unless specifically indicated.
