How Ipamorelin produces these effects
Ipamorelin binds the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a) in the anterior pituitary and hypothalamus. This triggers GH release in a pulse pattern similar to endogenous ghrelin, while sparing the HPA axis.
