Peptide Stack

A peptide stack is a combination of two or more research peptides used together in a protocol to study potential synergistic effects. A common example is BPC-157 combined with TB-500.

Overview

Stacking refers to the deliberate combination of peptides that may target complementary pathways, with the hypothesis that their combined effect exceeds what either would produce individually. The BPC-157 and TB-500 stack is frequently cited in research literature because BPC-157 targets local tissue repair signaling while TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) promotes systemic cell migration and angiogenesis. Similarly, CJC-1295 (a GHRH analogue) is commonly stacked with Ipamorelin (a GHRP) to stimulate growth hormone release via two separate receptor pathways simultaneously.
